Renovation and repair
As the number of new buildings in Austria continuously declines, and the existing buildings are subject to high functional and durability requirements, renovation and repair of existing buildings is of great importance both now and in the future. You have found a right address: our structural NCT based renovation plasters for walls, together with repair concepts developed by us are distinguished by the latest technical know-how and careful treatment of existing structures.
Previously, no agent in the world was able to bind and regenerate old, eroded, or frost-heaved concrete or walls. NCT initiates re-binding between cement and lime, similarly as if new cement was used. When using cement, old concrete contained in old structure is up to 60% stronger than new concrete made without NCT.

Control of fungi and mould
Anyone who had to control mould in their own apartment or house knows this issue cannot be treated lightly. Mould fungi generate spores that can get into the air and then into our respiratory tract. Mould can only grow on materials with a slightly increased moisture content. Moisture can result from penetrating water or from water condensing on cold external walls.
NCT products permanently eliminate problems with mould. The atomic structure formed together with minerals used, such as sulphur, water glass, or copper delay or eliminate fungal, mould, bacterial and algae growth. NCT plaster forms hydrophobic pores and is characterised by high vapour permeability. With its effect controlling moisture content, damp walls can quickly dry, and water condensation on plaster surface is effectively avoided; thus mould spores are devoid of culture. The above properties permanently prevent mould and mould stains formation, and heat loss.
Protection against corrosion and erosion
The most common problems in the construction industry include corrosion of concrete, walls, façades, or screeds, and erosion of concrete stairs covered with various types of lining and constructed with traditional methods, using traditional construction materials. Using different types of liquid sealing films such as tar, binders, and similar, the substrate life can be significantly prolonged. These materials are characterised by very good adhesion, i.e., adhere well, but do not penetrate the substrate more than 1–2 mm. These materials do not form physically uniform structure with old materials.

The above description also applies to balconies, terraces, swimming pools, etc.
Concrete and plaster mortar with NCT generates current of up to 1V. This small voltage protects against building corrosion. Existing technologies, such as VC-Austria.com, confirm this process.

Heritage buildings protection
Modern principles of heritage buildings protection establish extremely stringent requirements to construction materials used. Compositions of construction materials used so far often do not meet these requirements, or do it only to an insufficient extent. Many of them causes undesirable side effect on a long-term basis. Their use for restoring and renovation of heritage buildings becomes an unprofitable risk.
Professionals know requirements for heritage buildings protection and their largest problem: damp. Damp is the main issue limiting use of many coatings.

Fire protection
Temperatures during natural fires can reach up to 1000°C. High performance of NCT concerning fire load can be described by the following characteristics:
- NCT plaster is largely durable;
- NCT plaster does not transfer fire further;
- NCT plaster does not generate smoke;
- NCT plaster does not generate toxic gases;
