Active, structural plaster for renovations (German - AktivStruktursanierputz),  achieving the highest technical parameters  and conforming to the standard EN-1504. Gel-typ mortar, 100% mineral, without organic chemical additive, based on NCT cement and Portal cement. Used for repairs, structural renovations, compacting, sealing and drying of structures of old or new concrete, brick, and mixed-type walls, including those with capillary raise of water. Completely hydrates cement or lime, and forms water and minerals recrystallisation in plaster and walls.

 

Properties:

  • 100% mineral and chemicals-free
  • compressive strength of 70N/mm2 (in 28 days, and about 80N/mm2 in 90 days)
  • tensile strength of 3.45N
  • stiffness (Young modulus of 23.3 GPa)
  • almost free of tension and shrinkage (7 day, 0.041% N - below the EN standard)
  • water impermeable (14 bar pressure for 5-mm-thick plaster and 2-mm-thick NCT CRYSTAL plaster)
  • vapour permeable
  • increased resistance to corrosion in chemically aggressive environment
  • extraordinary resistance to fire (1300°C, fire resistance of 10-mm-thick plaster, wall temperature below 350°C)
  • it forms a monolith with old concrete, walls, and iron
  • adhering to damp substrates and iron
  • absorbs CO2, H, NaCl molecules from the environment
  • in case of damaged plaster or concrete (microcracks up to 0.5mm), spontaneously repairs wall structure
  • significant increase in technical parameters in 90 days
  • recommended for improving statics, compacting, sealing, drying cellars, insulation to negative and positive water pressure, renovation of concrete and brick walls, bridges, streets, canals, drinking water tanks, livestock buildings, tunnels, port buildings, façades, façade plinths; anti-corrosion protection of concrete, mixed-type walls, and steels
  • possibility to coat with silicate paint containing NCT

Consumption on brick walls: Quantity of 25kg/5-mm-thick/surface of ca. 2 m2

 

Consumption on concrete walls (smooth surface): Quantity of 25kg/3-mm-thick/surface of ca. 4–6 m2
