NCT - reduction in construction and heating costs.
By replacing horizontal and vertical insulation systems in buildings it is possible to reduce costs of construction by about 20%. Thus, it is also possible to reduce construction time, as formworks can be removed from ceilings and girders already after 7 days. Screeds are dry in 14 days, and terracotta, parquet or other materials can be installed.
NCT thermal mirror - with dry and compacted walls the heat transfer is significantly reduced, while penetration of cold from outside is blocked. This way up to 40% savings on heating costs are possible.
NCT - guaranteed dry substrates, expansion joints and joints in walls.
When façades and walls are lined with natural stone or clinker, it guarantees no water penetration under wall tiles.
This way, frost heaving is prevented; additionally, thick plastic joints do not shrink on drying, and are tight and durable! When parquet is installed on NCT screed, waterproofing is guaranteed (14 bar) due to its water vapour diffusion properties and quick energy transfer, because NCT concrete does not contain pores. This way savings on heating costs are always ensured.
NCT - reduction in construction repairs and defects.
A risk of construction defects caused by weather conditions (application on wet substrates at temperatures ranging from -10°C to 30°C and more), and resultant costs of defect removal is significantly reduced.
NCT - repair and improvement in wall durability, and stabilising old and defective concrete and walls.
Previously, no agent in the world was able to bind and regenerate old, eroded, or frost-heaved concrete or walls. NCT initiates reforming of cement and lime binding, so new cement and lime can be used.
When using cement, old concrete contained in old structure is up to 60% stronger than new concrete made without NCT.
When NCT is used to strengthen old brick or mixed type walls, this eliminates a risk of plaster detachment together with a weathered external layer of bricks. The hydrophobising agent HYDRO, a mortar for CEM and LIME repairs "compacts" joints in walls and bricks through deep penetration, thus increasing strength, as well as static strength of the whole structure.
NCT - injections into façades and cellars.
For brick façades it is sufficient to inject NCT CEM into damaged joints and fill gaps.
A one-time white efflorescence will appear on brick surface, disappearing immediately after rinsing with water.
NCT - an ideal material for construction and repairs of chimneys (outside and inside), hearths, and tunnels and canals.
NCT is an ideal material for construction of chimneys of standard bricks or clinker.
The NCT chimney does "not soak" water, is 100% resistant to weather conditions and heat (see the video - NCT mortar and concrete flammability test). Decorative brick chimneys fully constructed in NCT technology, starting from a central heating boiler, do not let through any tar and are not discoloured due to their tightness.
NCT - protection again corrosion and erosion in concrete and walls.
The most common problems in the construction industry include corrosion of concrete, walls, façades, or screeds, and erosion of concrete stairs covered with various types of lining and constructed with traditional methods, using traditional construction materials. Using priming agents, different types of liquid sealing films such as tar, binders, and similar, the substrate life can be significantly reduced. These materials are characterised by very good adhesion, i.e., adhere well, but do not penetrate the substrate more than 1–2 mm. These materials do not form physically uniform structure with old materials. Additives used (petroleum-derived organic chemicals, in short "plastics") are a foreign matter for construction materials and minerals. Use of the NCT technology guarantees that regardless of the lining type it is simply indestructible.
The above description also applies to balconies, terraces, swimming pools, etc.
NCT mortar is characterised by very good plasticity, substrate adhesion, and prolonged shape plasticity of up to 4.5 hours! NCT concrete and plaster mortar create voltage of 0.2 volt. This small voltage protects against structure corrosion. Existing technologies, such as VC-Austria.com, confirm this process.
NCT products work with pure natural energy.
Individual minerals (lime, sand, cement) are energetically balanced and form very durable, light crystals in the structure (crystals hydration) similarly as for diamonds. Plaster or concrete structure turns into stone.
NCT - natural construction materials are non-toxic, inflammable, and non-explosive.
The grain size of our binders corresponds to the size of Portland cement grain (3000 Blaine represents grain size/cm3) and is safe. Furthermore, NCT cement is created in a chemical reaction, without firing (neutral to CO2)!
